We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If something's not quite right, you can return your order within 90 days of receiving it and get a full refund.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
- You have the option to add Returns Protection to your order.
- If added, and you need to return your DOGLOC, you simply complete the questions on our returns portal, and you’ll receive a prepaid return satchel for easy, no-cost returns or exchanges
- If you do not add Returns Protection and decide to return your DOGLOC, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a return address within your delivery country, and you'll receive your full refund once we receive the item back.

DOGLOC is Australian-owned and designed. Our premium leather products are crafted by our specialist manufacturing partner overseas and shipped directly to you.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
- Standard delivery is free once you meet the minimum order value, and typically takes 10–18 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery is available at checkout and typically takes 6–10 business days after dispatch.
