We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If something's not quite right, you can return your order within 90 days of receiving it and get a full refund.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
- You have the option to add Returns Protection for $2 to your order
- If added, and you need to return your DOGLOC, you simply complete the questions on our returns portal, and you’ll receive a prepaid return satchel for easy, no-cost returns or exchanges
- If you do not add Returns Protection and decide to return your DOGLOC, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a return address within your delivery country, and you'll receive your full refund once we receive the item back.

- Delivery typically takes 4-9 business days after dispatch
DOGLOC is Australian-owned and designed. Our premium leather collars and leads are crafted in our specialist manufacturing facility overseas and shipped directly to customers.
We’re working toward holding local Australian stock in the future to offer faster delivery.
